Where to find the Boosts AI features?

In the sipgate app CLINQ ➔ Settings ➔ Select Boosts.

Transcriptions

When enabled, each call will have a transcription available at the end. You can find it under Call List ➔ Call Details ➔ View Transcription. Use the three-dot button to delete the transcription. The text can be highlighted, copied, and pasted into a note or CRM within the sipgate app CLINQ. 

Important:The evaluation is optimized for speech. Music or loud background noise can disrupt speech recognition, so a recording is recommended in such cases. The duration of the transcription may vary depending on the time of day and workload.

Summary / AI Summary

When transcriptions are enabled, the AI summary can be utilized at the end of the call. It identifies key topics and highlights them as bullet points or short sentences. The Transfer to Note button allows direct copying into notes. The content can be removed via the three-dot menu ➔ Delete AI Summary. The summary cannot be edited or improved.
