#### **My headset is listed, but the buttons (answer & end) aren't working**

Here are known solutions for the issue

| **Cause**                                                            | **Solution**                                                       |
| -------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Integrated Bluetooth on computer/laptop or non-Jabra USB dongle used | Use the original Jabra Link 380 Dongle or a USB-C cable connection |
| Headset is in audio playback mode | Flip the microphone arm once |
| Jabra headset selected | Select Jabra Link 370/380 |

#### **My headset is listed, but the buttons (answer & end) don't work properly**

The following headsets may have issues where the buttons don't work as expected:

* Jabra PRO 930 (Call continues to ring even after being answered)
* Jabra PRO 935
* Jabra PRO 9470
* Jabra Engage 75
* Jabra Elite 7 Active
* Jabra Elite 85T
* Jabra Evolve2 65 Wireless
* Poly Voyager 6310
* Poly Voyager 4320
* Poly Voyager 4320 UC
* Plantronics Savi W740
* Yealink WH62
* Yealink WH66

We are working to resolve these issues. If you still want to use these headsets, we recommend disabling the HID Headset Button Support feature, available from version 1.8.1 of the sipgate app.

#### **My headset isn't listed—will it still work?**

We can't guarantee it, but it might still be supported if it follows the same standard.

HID stands for **Human Interface Device**, which allows companies to connect devices like controllers, joysticks, headsets, and audio devices. We currently only support devices that use the **Telephony** page/standard.

#### **Why don't Jabra button commands (presence, flip-down microphone to answer) work with the sipgate app?**

An integration needs to be developed for the Jabra Direct software so the sipgate App can receive or send information to the Jabra software. Until then, only officially supported VoIP apps that offer such integration can be used.
