Account Balance Notifications

The Billing & Invoices section of a sipgate team account is only visible to account administrators.

 

 You can choose to receive an email notification when your balance drops below a certain value.

 

 To set-up or change the email address for account balance notifications:

  • In your account Settings open Billing & Invoices --> Settings.
  • Under Notification click Edit .
  • Click  to activate notifications and choose when they'll be sent.
  • Enter the email address notifications should be sent to.
  • Click on Save 

 

 The email address PDF copies of invoices will be sent is chosen separately in your account Billing Address settings.
