# How to view and refund your credit

#### View Credit

To check your credit balance, log in as an admin and click on your name and customer number in the top right corner of your account. Under **Account** ➔ **Management** ➔ **Payments**, you can view your currently booked products. You can also access your **Account Statement**, which provides an overview of your recent usage, charges, and account crediting. It will show your account balance at the beginning of the current month, along with details of any service charges, such as call charges to different destinations and monthly service or phone number plan renewals. For a detailed breakdown of outbound call charges, refer to your **Itemised Call List**. If you've booked a call package, calls covered by the package won't appear in the statement.

#### Credits

The **Account Statement** also lists the date and value of each of your current month's crediting transactions. You can download a full history of your account's crediting invoices from the **Invoices** tab. Your account's current balance is displayed at the bottom of the page, with details from the past three months available at the top. Quick links to your account's **Automatic Crediting** and **Balance Notification** settings can be found on the left-hand side of the statement.

#### Refund Credit

If you wish to cancel your account completely, go to **Account** ➔ **Management** ➔ **Contract Information**, click the three dots, and select **Cancel Contract**. After the cancellation, any remaining credit will be refunded to the payment method registered with us.
