This guide will help to setup T4x and T2x series Yealink Desktop IP Phones with your sipgate account and can also be used as a guideline for other model Yealink phones.
You'll need your SIPID and SIP Password.
Follow the instructions in your Yealink's manual to open your phone's Web Interface.
Under Advanced Settings, select an available Account and enter your sipgate account information as shown below:
In the settings of some Yealink phones the "Local SIP Port" will instead be located under Settings --> SIP.
Your Yealink's Local RTP ports are located under Network --> Advanced:
Testing your Phone's Set Up:
To test your phone's configuration, please dial the following sipgate numbers:
- 10000
- 10005
- 10020
If you have problems with registering online or making calls, please test with the STUN Server enabled.
To enable STUN open Account --> Register and set the option NAT to STUN.
Using Multiple Phones Behind the Same Router:
If there's more than one VoIP phone/device on the same local network, assigning each different local UDP ports will avoid port conflicts.
For each SIP Phone or device you add, increment the local ports used by 100.
