What can I do/try?

- Try reloading the webpage
- If your using a "slow" connection, 2G/3G for example, then please try again but this time try using a faster connection, e.g. UMTS/LTE/WLAN/DSL
- Check your browser's proxy settings, to see if any specific setting(s) are effecting your connection speed
