How is my invoice calculated?

Unlike most other invoices, sipgate operates on a prepaid model. Your invoice lists the charged amount under Telephony Credit—this balance is generated through automatic debits, bank transfers, or manual top-ups from your account.

As an account administrator, you can find your monthly invoices under Account & Bills in your account settings. Additionally, invoices are sent to the email address specified under Billing Address in your account.

For a detailed breakdown of all transactions, you can access the sipgate Account Statement under Account & Bills ➔ Invoices. This allows you to see exactly how each charged amount was used.

You may not receive an invoice or charge every month. If your balance remains above the minimum threshold after deducting all costs, a new charge will only be triggered later when necessary.
