Are you relocating your business but want to stay reachable without interruption? No problem! Just keep a few things in mind.
Important: The new location must be verified again. When initiating the move, set a moving date at least 14 days in the future to ensure you remain reachable on your current numbers until the transition.
Once you start the location move, you will receive a letter with a start code, which you can enter on our website for instant verification. This letter typically arrives within one to two days after initiating the move.
If you are moving to a different area code region, your current number contracts will be canceled. You will be notified about this in your account before the move is finalized.
To do so follow the upcoming steps
- Go to your Location Overview
- Open the details page of the location you want to move
- Click Move or Delete and follow the on-screen instructions
