What can I do if I forgot my password?

Forgotten password
If you’ve forgotten your sipgate login password, follow these steps:

Go to the Forgot Password page.
Enter your email address and click Request new password.
You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Follow the link and set a new password.

Important: If you no longer remember the email address linked to your account, we require a copy of your ID or a commercial register excerpt to verify your identity.

If you enter your email address with spaces, no email will be sent.
If the email address is not recognised, no email will be sent, and you won’t receive a notification stating that the address is unknown.

Changing your password

You can change your sipgate password at any time.

Here’s how

In the navigation menu, go to User Settings.
Under Security, click the gear icon next to Password.
Request a password reset link.

Update your password regularly to stay secure.
