What are the additional actions in sipgate’s Event List?

By clicking on an event, you can expand it to view details about the source, destination, call forwarding, and other information. You can also perform the following actions:

Initiate Click2Dial

Use the Call button to call your contact back via Click2Dial. If a contact has multiple stored numbers, you can choose which one to call.

Save Numbers as Contacts

Next to any number not yet saved as a contact, you'll find a Save Number button. Click it to create a new contact.

Add numbers to the Blocklist

With the Block Number button, you can add a number to the account-wide blocklist. To remove it, use the Unblock Number button.

Add notes

You can attach a note to any event, which will appear as a preview even when the event is collapsed. Notes can be edited or deleted at any time.

Listen to and download Voicemails

For voicemail events, you can listen to the messages directly in your browser. You can also download them as MP3 files. If automatic transcription is enabled for your voicemail, the transcriptions will be displayed here as well.

Listen to and download Call Recordings

Call recordings are displayed similarly to voicemails and offer the same options for playback and download.

View SMS Messages

For SMS events, expanding the event will display the message sent by your contact.

Fax preview, download, and transmission report

You can view and download faxes directly from the event list. The fax is provided as a PDF file. You can also download the transmission report or resend an outgoing fax directly from the event.

Group Event List

Events in a Group
If you have created one or more groups, each group will have its own event list shared among all group members. You can add notes to individual events, such as follow-ups on missed calls, which will be visible to all group members.
