How do I log in with my credentials?

You can access your personal sipgate account at https://login.sipgate.com/. There, enter either your email address (the one you used for registration) and your personal sipgate password, or your customer number and your personal sipgate password. You can find your customer number at the top right of your sipgate invoices or on your bank statements if payments are made via direct debit.

If you've forgotten your password or are unable to log in, please follow the instructions to reset your credentials.

Login – How to Access Your Personal sipgate Account

Whether you're an admin or a user, you can log in to your sipgate account anytime. Simply go to sipgate.de and click the login button in the top right corner. From there, you can either sign in with Google Social Login or use your email address and sipgate password.

First-Time Login as a User

If your sipgate admin has set up your account, you'll receive an email. Just open it and click the Go to User Account button.

Logging in with Google

If your company uses Google, you can log in directly with your Google account—no extra sipgate password needed. Simply click Sign in with Google. Your sipgate admin links your account automatically by using your Gmail address when setting up your account.

Logging in with Email and sipgate Password

After clicking the button in your email, enter your email address and select Sign in with Email. You'll then be prompted to create a secure password for future logins. For security reasons, we'll send you a one-time code via email. Once entered, you can choose to trust your current browser and device. If you select Yes, future logins will only require your email and password—no email code needed. We recommend enabling this only if your device isn't shared with others.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

For added security, you can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) instead of relying on Google Social Login or email codes. Various free apps are available for this. After entering your login credentials, you'll receive a unique verification code via the app, which you'll need to enter in your browser.
