How can I create contacts and set favorites in the sipgate app CLINQ?
How do I create new contacts?
First, open the sipgate app on your desktop. In the sidebar, go to Contacts. To create a new contact, click on the + symbol in the top right corner.
Next, choose your CRM or contact management tool. Fill out the required fields (Name, First Name, Company, Email, and Phone Number) and click Save.
How do I mark certain contacts as favorites?
To mark a contact as a favorite, open the sipgate app and go to Contacts. Find the desired contact and click the star icon next to their name.
You can also click on the contact to open their details. In the contact details, you'll find the option to mark the contact as a favorite.
Where can I find my favorite contacts?
To find your favorite contacts, simply open the call log. At the top, your favorites will be displayed. If a favorite only has one phone number, you can call them directly by clicking on their name. If a favorite has multiple numbers, you’ll need to choose which one to call.
Note: You can mark up to 30 contacts as favorites.
