My headset is listed, but the buttons (answer & end) don’t work properly

The following headsets may have issues where the buttons don’t work as expected:

  • Jabra PRO 930 (Call continues to ring even after being answered)

  • Jabra Engage 75

My headset isn’t listed—will it still work?

We can’t guarantee it, but it might still be supported if it follows the same standard.

HID stands for Human Interface Device, which allows companies to connect devices like controllers, joysticks, headsets, and audio devices. We currently only support devices that use the Telephony page/standard.

Why don’t Jabra button commands (presence, flip-down microphone to answer) work with the sipgate app?

An integration needs to be developed for the Jabra Direct software so the sipgate App can receive or send information to the Jabra software. Until then, only officially supported VoIP apps that offer such integration can be used.
