How does the CLINQ status display work?
If a contact has an email address linked to a CLINQ account and is marked as a favorite, you can view their status. Likewise, CLINQ users who have your email address can see your status.
Why am I unable to see my CLINQ contact's status?
Make sure you’ve saved the contact with the correct email address. Additionally, the contact must be marked as a favorite.
