Here’s how it works
After downloading the sipgate app and logging in with your user credentials, you’re ready to connect your CRM system.
Important: To connect your CRM system with sipgate, you can book the sipgate app Business or Premium with extended functionality in your sipgate account..
Open the app, click on the user icon on the left side, and select Settings from the sidebar.
Navigate to the Integrations section, select your CRM system from the list, and click the Connect Now button.
In the final step, enter the API URL and the API key. For some CRM systems, you may be redirected to log in to your CRM instance directly, without needing to enter the API information. This confirms the data exchange between sipgate and your CRM system.

Depending on the number of contacts being integrated, it may take a few minutes for them to display fully. Once completed, your CRM system will be fully set up in the sipgate app.
