The admin dashboard at sipgate

The admin dashboard offers you a user-friendly interface for setting up, viewing, and managing your account. This article provides an overview of the main menu items in the dashboard, along with links to additional articles for setting up the features independently.

After logging into your sipgate account, you will be directed to the homepage, which offers an overview with menu items that allow you to access different areas of your account.sipgate-Hilfecenter-UK-dashboard1.png

On the dashboard, you will find an overview of all users on the left. It shows how many users are present in total and which of them are using the sipgate app CLINQ, including the range of features available to them. You have the option to upgrade the app, view detailed user information (Overview), and add new users via the + icon.sipgate-Hilfecenter-UK-dashboard2.png

On the right, you will find an overview of the channels. The chart shows the call volume of the top channels. Similar to the user view, you can directly view all your channels (Overview) and create new channels (+ icon).sipgate-Hilfecenter-UK-dashboard3.png
