GS Wave set up guide for sipgate team:
To configure GS Wave you will need your SIP-ID and SIP Password.
After installing and opening GS Wave, tap on Settings --> Account Settings.
Tap the "+" button and select SIP Account and enter your SIP Credentials:
To complete the initial set up:
- Tap on the tick button in the top right hand corner.
Note, for the above entries, Please be sure to use your SIPID and SIP Password, not your sipgate account's web login username/email and password.
1) Turning off "Random Ports" and setting a recommended RTP Port value
In Settings --> Advanced Settings --> General Settings
- scroll down to "Random Port" and switch the toggle to off
Once "Random Ports" is switched off you can now set the Local RTP Port to one of our recommended port values
- click "Local RTP Port" (directly above the "Random Port" option)
- enter the recommended Local RTP Port value of 47104 in the pop up window and then hit "OK".
2) Setting a recommended SIP port value
In Settings --> Account Settings
- tap on the sipgate account and scroll to SIP Settings
- scroll down and click on the the SIP Port
- enter the recommended value of 47160 in the pop up window and then hit "OK"
3) Setting the recommended "Registration Expiration" value
- scroll down to further and click on the "Registration Expiration (m)" entry
- Remove the entered value and enter 10 and then hit "OK"
GS wave should now have registered with your sipgate basic residential account and be ready to use.

If you have problems with calls or registering your App online, test with the STUN Server setting enabled:
STUN Server: stun.sipgate.net
STUN Port: 3478
Using Multiple Phones Behind the Same Router:
If there's more than one VoIP phone/device on the same local network, each should us different Local SIP and Local RTP Ports.
For each SIP Phone or device you add, increment the local ports used by 100.
