If you are unable to make or receive calls though your Asterisk and the Asterisk IPBX is registered to the sipgate network, then you'll need to execute some commands in your Asterisk console to hopefully be able to diagnose the issue.
To do so, please use the following two commands:
- sip set debug
- core set verbose 10
If you are still working with the Asterisk version 1.2, please use the following two commands instead:
- sip debug
- set verbose 10
Once you've entered the above commands, please then make a test call or two.
The log messages now appearing on the console should assist you in diagnosing the problem.
