Changing Your SIP Password

To change your SIP Password(s):

  • Log into your account
  • Choose/Make sure your in "the Settings" view
  • Choose the correct User 
  • Move you cursor over the VoIP phone whose password you wish to change.
  • In the pop-up menu, click on SIP Credentials


  In the next window, click on 'Create new SIP password'


After clicking 'Create new SIP password' A red "Caution!" field appears, please take note of the warning provided in the field then click on 'Create new SIP password' again to verify the change.


If you are logged in as an Administrator you'll be able to change the SIP Passwords of other Users of your team account similar to above.

NOTE! Remember to update the "new" SIP Password in the settings of your VoIP phones and devices.
