This guide will assist with the configuration of the following Polycom devices: Polycom Soundpoint IP 320, 321, 330, 331, 450, 550, 560, 650, 670. The general settings to use with any SIP Compliant VoiP phone, device or application do not vary.
To our knowledge, Polycom devices do not support STUN. Therefore, If you encounter problems registering online or making calls, please disregard any references to STUN Servers in our troubleshooting guides.
To configure your Polycom device you'll need your SIPID and SIP Password.
Please use the following settings to register your Polycom device online with your sipgate account:

Using Multiple Phones Behind the Same Router:
If there's more than one VoIP phone/device on the same local network, assigning each different local UDP ports will avoid port conflicts.
For each SIP Phone or device you add, increment the local ports used by 100.
