How do I change my contract details?

You have the option of transferring an existing sipgate account to new contract partners. The existing conditions remain in place. The new contract partners can then cancel or change this contract individually in accordance with our GTC. Furthermore, the phone numbers remain with the account and are transferred in accordance with the transfer declaration. Partial or complete porting by transferring contract partners is not possible. It is also not possible to transfer phone numbers on their own; they are permanently linked to the associated contract.

If the contractual partner in your company has changed, please write to us using the contact form on our website. 

Change user

We do not automatically delete the users of the transferring account holder. The transferring account holder can delete all users before the account is transferred. Only one admin access must remain. The new account holders can then create their users. In this step, we also recommend that all passwords are changed. Alternatively, the new account holders can delete the users they no longer need and create new ones, if this is desired at all.

As soon as we have received and processed your order, we will inform you by e-mail. We recommend that you log in to your sipgate account and change your user data yourself.

The Account & Bills section of a sipgate account is only visible to account administrators.

Change Billing E-Mail Address

To change your sipgate team account's Billing E-Mail Address:

Copies of Invoices will be sent as PDFs to the email address you provided above.

Change billing address

In the account management on the left, select Account and then Administration. Then switch to the Invoices menu item and change the billing address as required. In the Invoices section, you can then have every invoice created in the last 12 months reissued with the new billing address. To do this, click on the circle symbol behind the respective invoice. You will then receive a cancellation invoice and a newly issued invoice with the updated invoice data, which you can download.

Change locations

Go to the Locations menu item in the overview. There you can use the Add button to create a new location or use the three dots next to your current location to request a move to a new location.
