Itemised Call List

The Billing & Invoices section of a sipgate team account is only visible to account administrators.

 

An itemised list of your last three month's chargeable calls is available in your team account Settings under Billing & Invoices.

 

A timeframe can be selected for the calls listed:

 

The Calls list can be filtered by User and/or Type:

 

Your Itemised Calls List can be printed and downloaded as a PDF or CSV files:

 

To choose what information is saved by the Itemised Call List:

  • Open Settings --> Billing & invoices --> Settings
  • Under Save Itemised Call List click Edit 
  • The options available are Complete, Anonymised and Deactivate

  • Click Save  to apply your changes.
