Itemised Call List

The Accounts & Bills section of a sipgate account is only visible to account administrators.

An itemised list of your last 90 days' chargeable calls is available in your team account under Account Administration --> Accounts & Bills --> Itemised Call List.


To see calls within a certain timeframe, a timeframe can be selected:


The calls list can be filtered by User and/or Type:


Your Itemised Calls List can be printed and downloaded as a PDF or CSV file:


To choose what information is saved by the Itemised Call List:

  • Open Account Administration --> Accounts & Bills --> Settings
  • Under Save Itemised Call List click Edit 
  • The options available are Complete, Anonymised and Deactivate

  • Click Save  to apply your changes.
