Itemised Call List
As an account administrator, you can access your Itemised Call List under Account Administration ➔ Accounts & Bills ➔ Itemised Call List. This provides an overview of all chargeable calls, SMS, and faxes from the last 90 days.
Features
- Filters: View records by date, user, or event type (calls, SMS, faxes, voicemail, external phones).
- Export Options: Print, download as PDF or CSV.
- Exclusions: Free calls (e.g., sipgate-to-sipgate, 0800) and flat-rate calls are not listed here—only in the respective user's call history.
- Data Retention: Due to privacy regulations, only billing-related data from the last three months is stored.
Adjusting data storage
Go to Account Administration ➔ Accounts & Bills ➔ Settings and edit Save Itemised Call List to choose between:
- Complete (full details),
- Anonymised (partial masking),
- Deactivate (no records saved).
Note: The call list updates with a short delay. If new calls aren’t visible immediately, wait a few minutes before refreshing the page.
