If a user is on a call, their tile—showing their internal extension—will turn red.
Important: Each user must be assigned an internal extension for this feature to work.
Using the Presence Display
- In the left-hand navigation bar, you’ll find the Presence section with all internal extension numbers.
- Clicking an extension will start a call to that colleague.
- If an extension is busy, its tile will appear red. If it’s being dialed, the tile will have a red border, and the user’s name will move.
- You can still place a call to a busy extension if needed.
