Only events relating to the currently logged in User will be displayed.
The calls, voicemails, and SMS activity of a User are only available when logged in as that User.
Group calls and voicemails will be visible in the Event Lists of all Users who are Group Members.
Administrators can review an itemised list of all chargeable outbound call and SMS from the last three months in the team account's Account & Bills settings in the Account Administrator section of the account. Your account's itemised list can be filtered by User.
