Why Aren't All Events Displayed in the My sipgate Inbox?

Only events relating to the currently logged in User will be displayed.

The calls, voicemails, fax and SMS activity of a User are only available when logged in as that User. 

Group calls, faxes and voicemails will be visible in the Inbox of all Users who are Group Members.

Administrators can review an Itemised List of all chargeable outbound calls, SMS and faxes from the last three months in the team account's Billing & Invoices settings. Your account's Itemised Call List can be filtered by User.
