How to upload and manage customised music on hold

To upload a custom music on hold MP3 you must be logged into your sipgate account as an administrator. Uploaded MP3 files shouldn't exceed 2MB in size.
To add custom hold music to your sipgate account:

• Click Account Administration ➔ Customisation
• Scroll down to the Music On Hold section and click Change 
• Then click Upload MP3
• You can rename, delete or choose which hold music MP3 to use:
• Then click Save.
