In-Call Call recording
This function allows you to record any parts of a call. When started, all call participants receive/hear an automated message informing them that the call is being recorded.
You can listen to the recording in your account’s Event List. It can also be downloaded from the Event List as an MP3 file.
- To start the recording, press *6. An automated message informing all call participants about the recording is played.
- To end the recording, press *6. Another message is played to all participants, informing them that the recording has ended.
Please Note: It is not possible to remove/delete or switch off the automated "Recording has started" message
