Record: How to Record Parts of a Call

This function allows you to record important parts of a call. All call participants receive an automated message informing them that the call is being recorded. You can listen to the recording in your account’s Inbox or download it as an mp3 file.

 

 

  1. To start the recording, press *6. An automated message informing all call participants about the recording is played.
  2. To end the recording, press *6. Another message is played to all participants, informing about the end of the recording.
