How Much Does Call Forwarding Cost?

 Three call forwarding rules to other numbers and voicemail can be set-up for Groups and each of a User's phones.

Users can also choose to forward calls immediately to other Landline and Mobile numbers in parallel to their VoIP phones, so that all endpoints will ring at the same time.

 Forwarded calls are outgoing calls from your sipgate team account and will be charged at sipgate team's standard per minute call rates.

  • There's no set-up fee or monthly maintenance fee to create Call Forwarding rules for your Users and Groups.
  • You'll be charged our standard call rates for the duration of chargeable calls that are forwarded to another number.
  • Call Forwarding can be turned off online in your sipgate account at any time.

 Forwarded calls are not included in the sipgate team monthly Flat rate VoIP calling packages.

 

Example: You forward a call from your sipgate number to your UK mobile phone. If you answer the call, you will be charged at sipgate team's standard per minute call rate to a UK mobile number.
