When DND (Do not disturb) is set your phone is muted and will not will ring.
Both Users and Administrators have access to this feature from within the sipgate account web UI. Many Desk phones will also have their own integrated DND or Mute button which should work too.
For calls to extensions or phone numbers assigned to a User who has DND enabled, the User's Call Forwarding rules will be followed.
- Log into your account
- Choose Phones from the Navigation bar (far left bar)
- Choose/click the device you want in the PHONES column
- In the DEVICE SETTINGS section you'll find an on/off toggle for DND
