PhonerLite Debug Log

If you're having trouble using PhonerLite, sending our support team your Debug Log may be helpful.

Please close and re-open PhonerLite.

After PhonerLite has restarted, open the Help menu and click on Debug:

 

Please try to replicate the problem you've encountered.

Once you've replicated the problem at least twice, please:

  • Open the Debug tab;
  • Highlight the Debug tab's contents;
  • Copy and paste the contents into a text file.

 

Please send your Debug data to our support team as an email attachment: team@sipgate.co.uk
