If you've issues with device registration or making calls, your DrayTek VoIP Log will contain useful information.
To ensure reliable audio quality with some DrayTeks, QoS rules to prioritise VoIP traffic will be necessary. For assistance with Bandwidth management and Quality Of Service (QoS) rules please contact DrayTek Technical support.
Using Multiple Phones Behind the Same Router:
If there's more than one VoIP phone/device on the same local network, assigning each different local UDP ports will avoid port conflicts.
For each SIP Phone or device you add, increment the local ports used by 100.
