This guide is for the SNOM 300 series and the 820 phone, but can also be used as a guideline for other series SNOM phones.

Follow the instructions in your Snom's manual to access your Snom's Web Configuration menus.
Under Setup, select an available Identity and enter your sipgate account details as shown below:
Under Setup please open Advanced --> SIP/RTP:
Under Network the NTP Time Server can be set to: ntp.sipgate.net
Testing your Phone's Set Up:
To test your phone's configuration dial the following sipgate numbers:
- 10000
- 10005
- 10020
First test without the STUN Server included in your settings.
If you have problems with registering online or making calls, test with our STUN Server included stun.sipgate.net:3478
Using Multiple Phones Behind the Same Router:
If there's more than one VoIP phone or device on the same local network, assigning each different local UDP ports will avoid port conflicts.
For each SIP Phone or device you add, increment the local ports used by 100
