It is possible to transfer your existing sipgate basic residential number and credit balance over to your sipgate team or Sipgate trunking account.
To do so, you'll need to have a sipgate team/trunking account which has been upgraded out of the trial/developer plans to a regular team or trunking plan.
To make an official request, please:
- Login to your sipgate basic account and go to Settings.
- Towards the bottom of the options list you will find the option Switch to sipgate team.
- Enter the email address and password for your sipgate team account and click Switch.
After the above has been completed, you will receive an email from us on how to continue with the transfer of your sipgate basic telephone number to sipgate team.
If you wish us to transfer your credit balance from your basic account to your team or sipgate trunking account, please be sure to cancel all current features and disable automatic top-ups before emailing us.
Please note: Transferring your number from sipgate basic to sipgate team and sipgate trunking is irreversible. It is not possible to transfer a number from sipgate team or sipgate trunking accounts to the sipgate basic service.
