How can I cancel a phone number?
Account Administrators can book additional plans or cancel existing plans at any time online in your sipgate Account Administration section.
After cancellation, the monthly plan will be set to terminate at the end of the current month's billing period if you cancel before the last day of the month. A cancellation made on the last day of the month will become effective at the end of the next month's billing period.
Note: A refund of the original contract's monthly fee cannot be offered. We recommend making changes to plans at the beginning or end of the monthly billing cycle.
How to cancel a plan or rescind a cancellation
To cancel existing plans or rescind a cancellation

Log in as an administrator.

Click on Plans & Packages.

Click Terminate Plan for any plan you'd like to cancel.
How to cancel a phone number
To cancel phone numbers, you must be logged in as an administrator

Navigate to Account Administration.

Go to Phone Numbers.

In the list of phone numbers, select the one you wish to cancel.

Click the three-dot menu (context menu) on the right side of the row.

Select Cancel Number.

In the next window, you'll see the date when your contract ends. Until that date, you can rescind your cancellation at any time.
Important
Canceling your plans or phone numbers does not close your account. If you wish to close your sipgate account entirely, you must set all active plans to terminate and request account closure by email:
