The Billing & Invoices section of a sipgate team account is only visible to account administrators.
You can choose to what email address PDF copies of Invoices are sent to when your team account balance is credited.
To choose the email address that Invoice notifications will be sent to:
- Open Settings --> Billing & Invoices --> Settings.
- Under Billing Address click Edit
- Select Yes
- Enter the email address invoices should be sent to
- Click Save
To choose when and how much credit should be added by automatic crediting in your account Settings under Billing & Invoices open the Settings menu.
You can also create account balance notifications.
