Labels can be used with Filter rules to clearly organise entries related to a particular task, project or event.
Selecting a Label in your My sipgate Inbox will display all entries that have been tagged with that Label name.
To create a Label:
- Open your My sipgate Inbox
- Click on the blue Labels button
- Click the New button:
- The Labels you've created will be listed in the blue Labels box and also under Filters & Notifications --> Labels:
Clicking a Label in the list will display all events (calls, fax, voicemail) tagged with that Label.
To edit or delete a Label, click the Edit button or open your Labels list in the Filters & Notifications menu:
Clicking Show Events will display all events tagged with the chosen Label.
To delete a Label, click on the desired Label and select Delete label
