How Do I Block or Screen Anonymous Calls?

This option will block calls with an anonymous or a withheld phone number.

If you block anonymous calls the caller will receive the announcement that you are currently not available.

Alternatively you can choose to send the call directly to your voicemail.

You can block anonymous calls in your team account in your personal settings under Connections.

• Once you've opened your Connections page, click the connection you'd like to block anonymous calls for.
• Scroll down on the right-hand side of the page until you reach the bottom, where you'll be able to toggle "Reject Anonymous Calls" on or off.
• By clicking the cog wheel in this section, you'll be able to choose whether you'd like the calls to be blocked or sent to the voicemail for this connection.
• Repeat these steps to change the settings for all your connections.

Please note, in order to block anonymous calls to a Group, the connections for this Group in each User profile must be changed as per above.
