Making Calls from Your Online Account
Using Initiate Call, calls can be made from one of your connected VoIP phones or from an external device of your choice:
- Click the Call button in the menu
- Call number: Enter the number you wish to call.
- With the device: choose which phone the call will be made with
Your phone will then ring. When you answer your phone, the phone number you entered under Call number will be dialled.
To call one of your Contacts, open your Contact section from the left-hand navigation bar, select the the contact you'd like to call, and finally click Call.
You can also make a call to a number in your Event List by clicking an entry and then clicking Call XXX-XXXX-XXXX.
You will choose which phone you will be calling out from each time you initiate a call.
