Pick-Up: How to Pick up a Call Ringing on Another Phone

If a call rings on another phone, you can redirect the call to your own phone using this function.

1. Press *9, followed by the extension number of the phone that is receiving the call.
2. Press # to complete the action.

Important notes regarding Pick-up:

• Picking up calls from phones with activated special routing isn’t possible. Picking up calls from public phones is also not possible.
• If you’re using an AVM Fritzbox with VoIP capabilities, please use *#*9 instead of *9 to avoid the internal function mapping.
