Accessible Configuration Guides

We offer configuration help guides for certain makes and models of devices in our help centre. Though due to the diversity and number of manufactures of VoIP/SIP devices presently available it is not possible for us to be able to offer configuration guides for all makes and models, therefore we've concentrated our guides to the makes and models we are seeing most often being used by the sipgate customer base.

Please Note, If you find we have guides for your devices manufacturer but not your specific model, then it is always worth looking at the guide for a similar model (from the same or similar series) as this often contains the information you need to be able to successfully set up your device.

ATA Adaptors (Physical Adaptors) 

These devices are used to allow you to continue using your analogue telephones with VoIP systems. This is where you have the adaptor connected to your local Network, and the VOIP settings are entered into the Adaptor web configuration menus, and your traditional/analogue phone(s) connect to the ATA adaptor.

Note, Please keep in mind which operating system your PC/Laptop/Tablet/mobile device is using as Softphones/Apps are generally either solely offered for a specific operating system or come in multiple variations, with the different variations specific to operating systems or device types.
