Thank you for choosing sipgate as your trusted telephone service provider. Registering a new account with sipgate requires a few steps, which are described below:

After signing up successfully to your new sipgate account we first ask you to confirm your email address. This email address is very important for us, because it represents the main channel of communication between you and us. It also verifies you as the account owner and is used to login to the account.

The next step in the sipgate “onboarding” process asks for your postal address information. This address is also very important.

 

First of all it is the address provided to the emergency services in case of an emergency call.

Secondly, a letter of verification is immediately sent to this address to avoid fraudulent use of our services.

Please be aware that geographic (01-/02-) phone numbers are only provided when you are within the UK.

After this last step is done you are welcome to explore your sipgate account.

 

To verify your address after receiving our letter in the post, please enter the start code at:  https://app.sipgate.com/verify

Please be aware that as long as your address is not verified, neither outgoing nor incoming calls can be made.
