Try out the apps after the switch—it's worth it! With the switch to Neo, the quality of the desktop app will also be significantly improved. Groups become Channels

Each employee gets a personal channel, while teams work in shared channels. Channels no longer have user limits. The visual routing principle remains in place, but has been made much more intuitive and offers more options for organizing your telephony.

AI features for all phone calls: Previously, AI summaries and transcripts were only available for calls made via the app. Now this works for all phone calls, regardless of whether someone is calling from a desk phone, mobile phone, or via the app. Once you have activated AI, all conversations are processed, summarized, and automatically transferred to the CRM if required.

And what are the benefits? Greater collaboration, regardless of the device. Calls to a user end up in their personal channel, calls to a team end up in the team channel. All users of a team channel share common phone numbers and have access to the channel inbox. This is where all information about the calls is collected. The live view of user status allows everyone to see who is currently available.

Am I already a neo-user?

Log in and click on your avatar in the top right corner. There you can see whether you are already using sipgate Neo or still sipgate Classic.

What do I have to do?

Nothing. The transfer is automatic and free of charge for you. Your telephone service will continue to work without interruption. We will notify you by email as soon as your account has been transferred.

Important for CLINQ Companion app users: The CLINQ Compagnion App will no longer work after the move. After the changeover, download the satellite App and log in with your existing access data. It takes two minutes—and it's definitely worth it.
