# How to configure the BLF function with Yealink IP Phones

**Note:** Before your can use Presence/BLF, an account Administrator must first book the tariff **sipgate business L** or **sipgate business XL.**

This guide describes the setup of sipgate team Presence (BLF) with Yealink **T26P, T28P** and **T46G** phones. Yealink **T20P** and **T22P** don't have BLF functionality. Using the instructions in your device manual, please login to the Web Configuration Menu of your Yealink.

Tap the **ok button** on your Yealink phone to display the IP address of your phone. The IP address looks like this, for example: 192.168.0.1

#### Add User for the BLF

Enter the IP address in the address bar of your browser. You will now see the configuration interface of your telephone. Use the menu to switch to the Dsskey -> Line key 1-11 area. You can now enter the data as shown below in the following window.

Please click on **DSSKey** and then choose the **Line Keys** option in the lefthand sidebar.

* **Type**: select BLF;
* **Value**: Enter your colleagues' extensions, e.g. use 42 to see the status of the user with extension 42;
* **Line**: choose the Line you've setup with your sipgate team account;
* **Extension:** please enter a meaningful value e.g. your colleague's name.

To make sure your changes take effect, please click **Confirm**.
